How to book a voyage?
After reading our terms and conditions of sale, compete the general information form as a pre-booking reservation. Completing this form puts you under no obligation to make a final booking. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
What’s the payment process?
When you receive a confirmation of your voyage (invoice) you will also receive a deposit slip that you can show to your bank. Bank details of our Ad Astera doo Agency are also on our travel confirmation (invoice) in net liabilities.
In the case of a last minute booking with payment by bank transfer, we will contact you if proof of payment is needed.
When do I to pay the voyage?
Payment is made by bank transfer. To secure the booking, 30% of the total amount is required. Full balance of amount is required four weeks before your departure. If you are booking your voyage less than four week before your departure, full payment is required.
Before you leave on your tailor-made trip, we will send you a detailed documentation of your trip.The sending of documents occurs when 100% of amount for your voyage has been paid, no later than ten days before your departure. We will take care of everything, so that you leave your home with all the relevant information in the best condition, to have an amazing vacation.
The “package” Travel insurance is not included in price: insurance risk of accident and illness while traveling, assurance of destruction or loss of baggage and voluntary health insurance. It is important to have at least ” Repatriation ” insurance. Do not forget to send us all the relevant documents and details of your insurer.
